ABOUT

I trained in clinical medicine before turning to the microscopic world of immunology, where I earned my PhD from the West China Center of Medical Sciences, Sichuan University. I also worked as a visiting scholar at Friedrich-Alexander University in Germany. During my scientific training, I developed a deep fascination with the intersection of science and art.

This dual perspective continues to shape the way I see and create. I explore the hidden structures, relationships, and patterns of molecules and cells, interpreting scientific ideas through traditional Chinese craftsmanship and revealing the elegance of biological systems through artistic expression. My practice brings together scientific insight, traditional craftsmanship, and contemporary artistic interpretation.

My work has been commissioned by scientists, physicians, researchers, educators, and other professionals across China, Scotland, Australia, South Korea, and beyond. Each commission is an opportunity to translate a client’s scientific background, interests, and personal story into a distinctive visual language through art and traditional Chinese craftsmanship.
